We want you to be completely happy with your re-loved companion. If for any reason your bear isn’t quite the right fit, here’s what you need to know:
Returns & Refunds
- You can return your bear within 14 days of receiving it.
- The bear/toy must be returned in the same condition it was sent — clean, undamaged, and with its bear bio if it had one.
- Once we receive your item back safely, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 working days.
How to Return a bear
- Drop us a message with your order number and a reason for return (so we can bear it in mind!).
- We’ll send you the return address.
- Tuck the bear in tight for his journey back to us, and keep proof of postage, just in case.
Please note:
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the bear arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our end.
- As our bears are pre-loved and uniquely one-of-a-kind, exchanges aren’t possible — but we’ll help you find another furry friend if we can.
