Our mission
Our Mission:
At Bear Me In Mind, our mission is to rescue pre-loved teddy bears and soft toys to give them a second chance at love, companionship and purpose. Every bear we rehome is one less forgotten treasure heading for landfill. We find bears in need of a fresh start, lovingly restore them through our Teddy TLC process and match them with new homes where they will be hugged, cherished and never overlooked again. At the heart of all of this is the bear with me movement - a gentle call to speak openly about the love you have for your bears and soft toys.
Our vision:
We envisage a world where bears are not just toys, but symbols of connection, comfort and care - across all ages, needs and stages of life. Whether it's helping a child regulate their emotions, someone with autism feel safer, bringing joy to an elderly person in care or simply being a constant friend through tough times, our bears and soft toys are little carriers of BIG emotions. Through the bear with me movement we aim to highlight the importance of emotional wellbeing and invisible struggles - ensuring everyone and every bear feels seen and supported. And, by bearing it forward, we invite our community to join us in small acts of kindness - gifting bears to someone in need or donating their bears to help more bears find homes.

I am the brains behind the name for bear me in mind, where we look forward to introducing you to all the other friends we find along the way, in the hope of finding them new homes, with you.
I'm lucky to live at the bear me in mind HQ and I oversee everything here.
Did you know? We also sell vintage bears - so look out for them as these are my favourite kind of bear as they have the most stories to tell.
I'm a chilled bear, calm and collected some might say. I don't say much, but when I do, you can guarantee I've thought it through. I'm 42 years old, but much younger at heart and I love to joke around.
Don't be fooled by my sombre face though, I am a very happy bear.
